At the Oxley Nature Center, children and families can interact with nature as they hike along nine miles of the beautiful Mohawk Park wilderness. Oxley Nature Center is located within beautiful Mohawk Park, north of the golf course. The 804-acre park is home to a wonderful variety of wildlife, including water snakes (non-poisonous), 200 kinds of birds, and the commonly seen red-eared pond slider turtle.
