I JUST WANTED TO TAKE A MOMENT & THANK THE OWNER OF SENDFLOWERS.COM. EVEN THOUGH YOUR COMPANY MESSED UP THE FIRST ORDER, YOU DID MANAGE TO REDEEM YOURSELF AND YOUR COMPANIES NAME. THE BALLOONS THAT YOU SENT TO MY GIRLFRIEND WERE PERFECT AND MADE UP FOR THE ORDER THAT WAS WRONG. THANKS BOB FOR DOING IT RIGHT!!! -

My mom wanted to send me flowers for the international women's day from Russia (I'm in SF I recieved tiny bouquet with roses. It was nice but when my mom saw the picture she was very upset becase what she ordered was a beautiful bouquet with roses and callas. So I called the company to say that they probably sent me a wrong bouquet. However, the represantative on the phone was very rude. She told me that I DID recieve my callas and MAYBE I didn't see them!!!! I was very upset and contacted Sendflowers again via email. However, nobody ever responded!!! So their claim about 100% satisfaction guarantee is incorrect. They didn't even want to talk about it. NEVER recommend this company.

Item my neice recd was absolutely nothing like what was pictured on the website. Wanted my neice to receive the "bee well or bear bouquet". The picture showed an adorable stuffed bee on top of a floral arrangement including a couple sunflowers. The ad did state that the bee might not be available and if not avail., a Plush Bear and a mylar balloon would be attached. My neice recd a floral arrangement w/a mylar balloon and did not receive any stuffed animal. The reason I spent so much money on this item ($46.99 + $12.99 delivery + tax) is because I wanted my 3-year old neice to receive a stuffed animal with the delivery - preferably the bee but was okay w/a bear & balloon along with the flowers. The arrangement itself was nice but was not what I had in mind at all. What's the point in looking at a picture on a website and deciding to order the item if you aren't going to get something even close in resemblance. II sent a couple e-mails to info@sendflowers.com asking for a credit for the stuffed animal my neice didn't receive but haven't recd the courtesy of a reply. I would have been satisified with a simple "I'm sorry" realizing that it could be the fault of the local florist that a rep. of sendlfowers.com contacted to fill my order. However, I didn't even get that courtesy.
