dentist is not nice to the assistant, He needs to change his attitude. When I was going to another specialist in the same complex I heard him bellowing obscene words at one of his staff I guarantee you could've heard him way over the other side of the road. The Doctor really needs to have a change of attitude and be thankful for what he has. (in both patients and staff)that would make all the difference
