call the department of educatin before attending here. the first review was posted by an employee so don't trust it. this place is horrible. my sister attended and the high tuition is ridiculous. the employees smoke everywhere and the daycare is a publicity stunt. it's a dump!!!

Anything worth obtaininng is worth working for. Career Point Institute in Tulsa is a place where adults, those who have a lot on their plate, can come and increase their workplace knowledge. The classes are scheduled in an on-going manner so it is easy to get started. Most are self paced courses with Instructors who are there to provide support and understanding. Currently in the midst of a remodel and expansion, that will include Daycare for both Students/Employees as well as the General Public. Expanding Curriculum, solid job placement, and an atmosphere that is conducive to adult paced learning is what you will find. Like anything else, you really get out of it what you put in it. You can complete your courses at a pace that allows you to move forward without compromising your learning. And you'll find a Staff that truly wants to assist you in obtaining the future you really want to acomplish. Those who have had an unsatisfatory experience may have just missed out on what it takes to succeed in a program like this. There is always room for improvement and the people at CPI workd hard to do so.

I do not think it is the best school to go to. I was a student here and so was my sister and qiute a few of my friends. It was like going to a high school without the lockers..I really hate to say that about the place but the teachers aqnd staff are just like the students they never know what is going on and things are just not very well put together. Yes it is a secound chance type school but in the long run if you do not get you GED it is very hard to place you in a job. I think out of the 10 of us only one got a job after graduation. The rest of us are still working the same jobs we had when we started there. Then when it comes to them placeing you they slack so bad and when you need to really get forward answers you get the run around so badly. I highly recommend if you are gonna pay that much money it is so much better to go get your GED and then go to the commuint collage in tulsa. I just know the tulsa campus of career point is not worth it and I know many more that think the same.
